Flat, easy, no one left behind 13.5-mile route — mostly off-road on fairly smooth sand and gravel.
The ride starts in Old Wethersfield and follows the off-road Great Meadows Trail along the Connecticut River through Wethersfield and Rocky Hill. Riders will cross the Connecticut River on the Rocky Hill–Glastonbury Ferry (if operating; $2 cash each way), loop through South Glastonbury, and return to Old Wethersfield via a different path through the Meadows. The exact route may vary depending on trail conditions (mud or flooding) and group preferences on the day of the ride.
