We will walk the short distance from the East River Preserve parking area to the Nut Plains Woods white loop trail. The hike may not be suitable for very young children due to steep overlooks. The steep overlooks may also not be suitable for dogs. Any participating dogs must be leashed.

There is a well defined parking area at the 55 Sullivan Drive location, which is the entrance to the town’s stump dump. Look for me near a dark blue Toyota Rav4.
