Join us as we hike the Ridge Trail at Winchester Land Trust’s newest property, 507-acre “Laurel Ridge”. The Ridge Trail winds through dense stands of laurel and hemlock as it skirts the cliff edge above Route 800. We will reach the “lookout” for views to the east. On our return trip, we will hike part of the historic Trotter Track which hosted horse races.

Drive up Pratt Street past Batcheller School in Winsted, CT. The parking lot for “Laurel Ridge” is at the top of the hill.
