Level up your health and spirits with a fitness hike around the pond trail across the street from the Kellogg Environmental Center & Osborne Homestead Museum on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 10:00am to 11am! Get your body pumping with this moderately fast-paced hike along flat terrain. The pond loop is less than a mile long and has limited accessibility. The terrain is flat and can be muddy.
The meeting place is at the parking lot of the Kellogg Environmental Center & Osborne Homestead Museum. Please dress appropriately and bring your own water bottle. For safety reasons, this hike is limited to 10 people. Rain cancels this event.
The Kellogg Environmental Center, a facility of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s State Parks & Public Outreach Division, is open 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. It is located at 500 Hawthorne Avenue off Rte. 34 in Derby.
