Open Event
Hike 6.5 mile moderate paced through varying terrain. There will be step ups and downs. Stops along the way to learn about the history of plants and animals. Beautiful overlooks of the Farmington River Valley. Two boardwalks through the wetlands one meandering 840 feet through at least 5 micro ecosystems, the other stretches 240 feet out into the beaver meadow wetlands.

East River Road North from the junction of RT # 81 and # 318 in Pleasant Valley for about one mile.
This will be the second dirt road on the left.
Turn left onto Greens Woods Rd, ( At the Peoples State Forest shield sign)
For 1000 Feet turn Left into Nature Museum Parking Lot
