Get to explore Great Hollow Nature Preserve and Ecological Research Center in New Fairfield, CT. Experience river crossings with photo stations for phenology observations, meadows, reclaimed fields with forests, and the upper waterfall all in approximately 2.5 miles.
Please dress appropriately. Yes, it is tick season. I like my Insect Shield treated clothing for protection. Bring hiking poles, a pack to carry your snacks, bug spray, etc.
