Join us as we travel through beautiful Kettletown State Park on a hike along the Brook Trail, and into the woods along the Miller Trail. Using these trails,we will explore the highs and lows of Kettletown State Park.
The Brook Trail travels along Kettletown Brook, until the Brook empties into Lake Zoar. After this this low point, we will change trails, and join
The Miller Trail, which ascends to the heights of the northern section of the park, and goes to an overview point, overlooking Lake Zoar, and the Paugussett State Forest across the Lake.
Not stroller friendly. Hikers should wear sturdy footwear, and bring water and a snack. Good picnic opportunities before or after the hike if you bring your lunch.
