Open Event
An easy hike on two short trails near dammed portion of Roaring Brook. Area was once the site of a mill. Glawackus sightings not guaranteed. Dogs on leash welcome. Rain cancels. Possible lunch stop afterwards if there is interest. Sneakers OK, but hiking boots might be better with possibility of wet conditions. Co-led by Trail Dog Callie.

Take Exit 10 from Rt 2 and follow Rt 83 north around 2 miles, turn right onto Shoddy Mill Rd, follow to preserve on left, park along side of road around area where road goes over Roaring Brook
