We will hike the “figure 8” out of Sessions Woods. This hike will take us over the fairly new and impressive Whigville Brook bridge. Then along some old woods roads where we will see relocations and rock work. Through Devil’s Kitchen – an impressive canyon. More relocations and lovely wooded area. We’ll talk about our efforts to maintain these trails. As we return we can adjust our projected route if desired. An alternate route would decrease the hike by around 1.5 miles – but plan for the longer hike. Bring hiking gear such as appropriate hiking footwear. Bring enough to drink and food. We will plan to stop to eat – so bring either a snack or lunch.

Sessions Woods – meet at the far end of the Parking lot near the kiosk. 41.732722, -72.955278 for location. Look for people with trail leader t-shirts and CFPA caps. This is a large parking lot so no issues with parking.
