Friends of Pachaug Forest takes us for an easy hike through the majestic Rhododendron Sanctuary of Pachaug Forest. This hike is for everyone and is full of interesting features. Hope you can make it!

Enter Pachaug State Forest from Route 49 main entrance. Continue on tar road till you see our beautiful CCC statue. Go left at the statue and cross the bridge. As the tar road ends, continue straight, you will arrive at Chapman field parking area. This is directly across from Rhododendron Sanctuary.
