The Bridle Path Conservancy is hosting a trail maintenance day for the Quinimay Trail at Pattaconk in Chester. This Trail was conceived by members of the Lower Connecticut River Valley Horsemen’s Club (LCRHVC), in cooperation with the Connecticut Forest & Park Association. We will be marking the trail, clearing debris, clipping back branches and moving deadfall. Suggested PPE are gloves, sturdy shoes, eye protection and bug spray. Some tools will be available for use. Feel free to bring rakes, clippers and shears. The club will provide coffee and donuts for sign in and hotdogs, chips and water for lunch.
