Open Event
We will meet in the parking lot off of Valley Road at 10:00 am and hike the Peter’s Woods trails. We will cross small streams that cut through beautiful rock out croppings. There will be old growth mountain laurel and an elevated walkway over vernal poos as we stroll on wide open trails through the woods circling back to where we started.

We will meet at the parking lot of Peters Woods. If you are driving on the turnpike north bound or south bound on 95 take exit 64. North bound travelers take a left at bottom of exit ramp onto Horsehill Road/ route 145. South bound travelers take a right at bottom of exit ramp. Go less than one mile and take your first left onto Breakneck Hill Road, at the stop sign take a right on Carter Hill Road then take your first left onto Valley Road. Peters Woods is lees than a quarter mile on your right.
