Penwood State Park From the North: Join us for a moderate 4-mile hike over rolling terrain, past a lovely pond, to a climb with great views into Simsbury. (Orange and Blue Trails). We will cover the less travelled northern half of this popular park.

From the junction of Terry’s Plain Road and Wintonbury Road in Simsbury,
take Wintonbury Road east 0.4 miles to the parking area at the end.
