Take a break from the fast-paced world and enjoy some peace and stillness connecting w/ life in a beautiful little forest. This is a slow-paced practice created to awaken your senses and experience or engage with nature. You will be guided by a certified forest therapy guide through this 2 hour session. The purpose is to connect with the sounds, smells, sights of the forest life. You will be invited to experience a brief guided meditation and several invitations.
