Join Great Meadows Conservation Trust’s Paul Woodworth and Connecticut River Conservancy for a paddle around Wethersfield Cove. Explore the north side of the cove and Folly Brook. View birdlife and learn about clean water efforts. If we are able, we will also venture out onto the Connecticut River.
This is a novice paddle. A limited number of kayaks with PFD’s are available. Life vests are required. Sunscreen, snacks and water are highly recommended. Heavy rain or high water cancels.
New to paddling? Recently purchased a kayak or canoe? Please join us at 9:30am for an introductory workshop.

Wethersfield Cove Park, 533 Main St, Wethersfield, CT

Follow Main Street in Wethersfield north to the end at Wethersfield Cove Park. Proceed straight ahead past the jersey barriers and park in the far corner. Meet at the water’s edge.
