Meet members of the Bolton Conservation Commission with nationally known arborist Matt Largess, ISA Certified NE-0802, as we identify the diverse native trees within a greenway corridor and contiguous forest along a newly blazed trail within the Nathan Hale Greenway. Learn the latest ecosystem services provided by Proforestation and Natural Area Stewardship, and see the results of allowing nature-based solutions rather than active management shape a forest. View the site of a  potential, yet to be verified vernal pool. Water resistant hiking boots may be necessary.
