Join the Sharon Land Trust for a moderate hike at our Hamlin Preserve as part of our Community Day and CT Trails Day celebrations. Explore 400 acres of protected land on Red Mountain, with hardwood forests, glacial ledges, and seasonal wetlands. Hikers will wander peaceful woodlands, cross seasonal streams, and discover the upper slopes where rock outcrops, vernal pools, and occasional wildlife sightings await.
