Join us for a moderately slow-paced three-mile hike with the practice of Forest Bathing. This meditative, quiet hike involves the engagement of all our senses, with stopping points along the way for re-centering and observation. Come release stress and get focused on nature and peace of mind.

Not suggested for smaller children, not stroller friendly.
About 1 mile on trails with rocks and roots.
Advanced registration strongly suggested.
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather and terrain.
Bug and tick protection strongly suggested.

The hike will take place at Salmon River Forest and we will meet at the Air Line Trail South/ “Hairpin Turn” Parking Lot at 280 Bull Hill Road, Colchester (see directions below). From there we will walk to the Salmon River Forest trail nearby.
Directions
From Rt. 16, turn onto Comstock Bridge Road (go past the covered bridge!), it will turn into Bull Hill Road. From the turn off Rt. 16 it is 1.3 miles to a hairpin turn where you will see the Air Line Trail South/Hairpin Turn parking lot at 280 Bull Hill Rd, Colchester.
NOTE: DO NOT take a right at the fork onto River Road (dirt road) stay on Comstock/Bull Hill.
