Enjoy this family-oriented hike on a trail that includes beautiful beech trees, forests, and fields. Possible sightings include deer, turkeys, hawks, owls, fox, racoons, possums, and other wildlife. The round-trip trail has some short hills and is approximately 1 mile long. Wear sturdy shoes as there are some tree roots on the trail. Steady, hard rain will cancel the hike. For navigation purposes, the trail head is located adjacent to 4 Stein Road. Park in the large dirt parking lot adjacent to the trail kiosk. Sponsored by the Ellington Trails Committee.
