Discover Mianus River Park!
Join us for a leisurely guided tour of this jewel of rocky, riparian public land straddling the lovely Mianus River on the Greenwich/Stamford border. We’ll meet at the bridge at the end of Merriebrook Lane in Stamford. Our two hour hike will follow old wagon trails through the park with several Friends of Mianus River Park guides pointing out features along the way. The Mianus River Park consists of almost 400 acres of forested land providing a sanctuary for nature lovers, joggers, hikers, anglers, dog owners, bikers, bird watchers and cross-country skiers. The hike will take place, rain or shine!
