Ever wonder how those rock steppingstones find their way into the trails you hike on? Here is your chance to find out and help build a few yourself! This trip will involve a 1.5 mile hike into the work site followed by instruction and on-trail work to build several new rock steps on the Appalachian Trail. No previous experience is needed and all tools will be supplied. Be sure to bring your lunch, lots of water, work gloves and a desire to give back to the trail.
