Start at Crescent Lake in Southington. We will proceed along the southern side of the Lake then head up to the Metacomet Trail. We will take an offshoot of the Metacomet Trail to the peak of Bradley Mountain for a view south to Sleeping Giant (in clear weather). We will then move on to find Boy Rock (aka Great Stone Face). The return trip will bring us through land Plainville is in the process of adding to its open space.
