This 5 mile hike on the Nipmuck Trail is to honor my father, Bob Mancini, who blazed and maintained a 10 mile section of this trail for 40 years. This trail passes through the Yale Forest, with some views and hopefully mountain laurel in bloom!

Meeting Location Details

Barlow Mills Road, Ashford 41°57’08.4″N 72°09’03.5″W

We will meet at a pull off on Barlow Mills Road. When using the google coordinates, you can access either from Boston Hollow Road or Kinney Hollow Road. DO NOT us Hillside Road, google maps will suggest this route, this road is not passible.
