We will walk the short distance from the East River Preserve parking area to the Nut Plains Woods loop trail. The hike may not be suitable for very young children due to steep overlooks. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.

There is a well defined parking area at the 55 Sullivan Drive location, which is the entrance to the town’s stump dump. Look for me near a dark blue Toyota Rav4.
