Join the 2025 New England trail artist in residence Samuel Swap for a plein-eir printmaking session on the beautiful mount higby overlooking Meriden and the CT valley. Participents will get to see a demo given by Sam of his process of wood engraving, then create their own relief print in the beautiful woods of mount higby. Each participant will be given a 4×6 inch piece of printmaking styrofoam and ballpoint pen (simple and easy!) to design on, then will be able to print 2-5 editions of their print on high quality paper with water based ink! Perfect for those who love art and nature, or a family looking for a great morning activity!
