Sleeping Giant: Blue trail east end to the tower and beyond with a return partly along the horseback trail. This will be an approximately 10 mile hike, with an elevation gain of about 2000 feet. The hike will be a basic loop, with some side trails added on. The exact route will be determined the day of, depending on weather and trail conditions. It will be a moderately strenuous hike, not for beginners, because of distance and time, possible trail conditions and alternative routes. *There are dogs allowed on this preserve, though they must be leashed.***.
