Join Flanders’ Land Management Volunteer Cameron Gardella on a summer hike of the first property held in trust by Flanders. This unique property contains an open field, mixed trees and a swamp. The preserve is known as a “kettle” because geologists believe the depression was formed during the last ice age and filled with water from melting ice. The hike is an easy, 60 minutes, 1 mile out and back.
