Enjoy a walk on a part of the Tunxis Blue trail, Beaver Pond Trail and Forest Meadow Trail with Wildlife Biologist Peter Picone. Learn about the diversity of nature’s habitat components from the diminuitive Pennsylvania Sedge to the beautiful Pink Lady’s Slipper to the uncommon evergreen called Pitch Pine. You will learn facts about wildlife and habitat with a passionate nature enthusiast. The walk will be at a slow pace and on relative flat terrain.
