Norfolk Land Trust South Norfolk Woodlands Hike
Sat. Jun 4
Approximately 2.8 miles
This is a hike on a newly acquired Norfolk Land Trust property. The hike is an out and back to a glacial erratic. The hike begins on an old driveway, then the trail becomes a mix of new trail and old recently recovered trail. The trail is still a little raw in places. The land trust will be creating more trails and developing a bird/wildlife observation platform from an old cabin, that sits on a pond on the property. We are very excited about the potential for skiing, hiking and birding on this new Norfolk Land Trust acquisition.
