Exploring Turtle Creek Preserve On The CT River

Come join staff from the Connecticut River Museum as you take a 1 mile trip through Turtle Creek Preserve to the banks of the Connecticut River. Learn how humans have used the Connecticut River and its Valley! What has been the environmental impact. This is a stroll and we will stop at various points of interest along the way. Perfect for children to explore and linger. We will have bags and gloves for picking up any trash (optional).
Meeting Location Details
Please park in the lot near Watrous Point Road and Laurel Way. Google Maps search of “Turtle Creak Preserve Old Saybrook, CT” shows this parking lot. Text 203-600-5044 if you need assistance finding the group or parking lot. We leave promptly at 3:00pm.
