Join us in celebrating Connecticut Trail Days for this 4-mile loop through the Buckingham Watershed, the head waters to Roaring Brook, from Birch Mountain Road. This hike will include moderately difficult terrain, with number of elevation gains and a scenic vista along the Shenipsit Trail, offering a picturesque example of southern New England’s mix hardwood forest. Appropriate footwear is a must, water and tick protection are recommended.
